Week 1 Bonus challenge:
Do as many as you can of the daily activity skill challenges for each day in One minute. *Multiple rounds for higher challenge*
Monday 3/23:Push up pre-test
Tuesday 3/24: Jumping Jacks
Wednesday 3/25: Sit-Ups
Thursday 3/26: Plank (1 minute or until fail)
Friday 3/27: Push-up post-test
Ask yourself:
Write how you felt when you worked yourself to your best ability for a minute straight.
What if you worked that hard at everything you did?
Did you improve in your push-ups number from Monday-Friday?
