We are extremely fortunate to have a state of the art facility that was built in October 2015. Here is where our student-athletes are able to train during their physical education classes. High School East offers two physical education electives. The Personal Development and Fitness class follows a systematic work out program that was designed by our certified strength and conditioning coordinators. The 12 month program focuses on functional strength and power. The Cardio Fitness class gives students an opportunity to utilize the cardio equipment and circuit machines to develop a program that focuses on cardiovascular fitness, strength training, and overall health and wellness.
