The main purpose of this club is to give todayś students the skills they need to create digital photographs, animations, games, webpages, and other things on the web!
Week 1: Downloading Google Images
Welcome to Digital Media Club! Today, we will complete personal surveys and then find Google Images of our favorites for use in the coming weeks.
Week 2: Editing Images
Today, you will select one photo and learn about the different effects you can add to it using PicsArt, an online image editing tool. You will learn how to Add an Image, Add Text, and use Effects! We will also be taking your photo for next week's project!
Week 3: Making a Halloween Costume
Today, you will be taking a photo of yourself and making a Halloween costume out of it! You will learn how to add Stickers, Accessories, and Speech Bubbles to make your very own Halloween greeting!
Week 4: Funny Picture Editing Websites
Today, we will using a couple of different websites that can make your photos into something else using their pcitures and artwork.
Week 5: Finding Free Sounds
Today, we are going to download some free sounds that our pics of people and/or animals will be saying in the animations we will be building next week!
Week 6: Creating Talking Photos
Today, you will be making your own talking head video of an animal or person using Blabberize.
Week 7: History of Video Games
Today, We will review the history of video games, look at where they came from and the golden age of arcade games.
