College Credit plus course information

The following documents provide an overview of the College Credit Plus (CCP) program provided by Kent State University. This helpful information outlines how to earn college credit while still enrolled in high school and applies to any university, not just Kent State. Please review the documents with the adults at home and pay close attention to college readiness, advantages and disadvantages to CCP and how to apply. If you think you may be interested in applying to a CCP program for the 2021-22 school year, you must return the attached "Intent to Participate" and "Counseling Acknowledgement" forms to me in the Counseling Center by April 1st. Mrs. Dunn has copies of these documents available in her office.

Students who will be applying for the CCP courses offered in our school taught by Southeast teachers will register for those classes here with guidance from a YSU advisor. Students who wish to apply to another CCP program should apply directly to that university via their website. After you complete an application you will need to notify me to send your high school transcript to finalize your application.
