If you are experiencing any technical difficulties, please visit our Solutions & FAQs page here to review solutions to the most common technical issues encountered by students.

If you are still unable to resolve your problem simply you may click on the Get Help! tab at the top of this page to submit a support ticket. Responses to support tickets submitted via the Get Help! tab will normally be via email unless you state otherwise and provide the appropriate contact information. 
If this an urgent concern, Technical Support is available 24/7 and can be accessed by dialing 757-264-9445. If your call is not answered immediately, please leave a message with a number where you can be reached and a support specialist will return your call within 15 minutes.

In addition to the recent addition of chat to the technical support services at the College, you can now access technical support on your mobile device. Just click the links below to download the free APP. Once you have selected Sentara College of Health Sciences as your institution, you will be able to chat, call or open a ticket via your mobile device.
