SCREC Training Facility

Some CRC training events are at SCREC, which stands for South County Regional Education Center. A parking permit is required.

Park at the National City Education Village Parking Structure, located at the corner of 9th St and Roosevelt St

Parking

• • Free parking is available in the National City Education Village Parking Structure. The entrance is located at the corner of 9th St and Roosevelt St.

  • Inside the parking structure, turn left and go to the top. Follow the signs for SDCOE EMPLOYEE AND VISITOR PARKING ON THE TOP LEVEL.

  • Go through the parking gates and park anywhere on the TOP LEVEL.

  • An SDCOE parking permit must be displayed on your dashboard or you will be ticketed.

  • From the top level, use the stairs or the elevator to the 1st Level.

  • Enter the South County Regional Education Center on your left using the front entrance. The classrooms are upstairs.

Additional Public Parking is also available at the south end of the complex off Plaza Blvd. as well as on-street parking.

Classrooms

For PeopleSoft training, please go to the 2nd floor. Training is in Classrooms A/B/C. Under some circumstances, training will be held downstairs in the Communication Labs. Please refer to your class schedule. 

Lunch

For all-day classes, lunch is typically scheduled from 12:30-1:30 pm. 

WiFi Access

There is guest WiFi access. Please ask your instructor.

Evacuation Procedures

In the case of an emergency evacuation, please stay with your CRC Instructor.
