All assignments are due have due dates on the Gradient/Canvas page. (Check out your students calendar page for more information!)

If your assignment is not complete, you will be put on a list of those who are missing homework (Student Support Time). Those students will be required to go to a designated room after lunch rather than recess outside or in the gym to work on late work.

This new policy eliminates after school detentions, however, if students would like extra help after school, they may request time with a specific teacher and should contact home regarding transportation.

Computer Policy

Student-issued computers will stay with the same students for the duration of their time at Sioux Center. This means if a student damages their computer, they will continue to use that damaged computer until graduation.

During school hours, computers are to be used for academic purposes ONLY unless a teacher has instructed you or given permission otherwise. This applies to study hall time as well. Any violation of this policy will result in:

First offense: Verbal warning
Second offense: 30-minute detention and notification of parents
Third offense: Computer will no longer go home with the student and teachers will decide when a student can and cannot use the computer.
