Agro-Industrial Technology (AT) at KMUTNB provides comprehensive educational and research opportunities based on the application of science and technology (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Unit Operations, Genetics and Genetic Engineering, etc.) to study about biomass (plant, animal and microorganisms, bio-waste and other renewable resources), their enzymes and metabolites or to convert them into new bio-based products which can be edible or non-edible. In addition standards and regulations related to such bio-based products must be aware and correctly implemented to ensure quality control of the products as required by end users.
