Scholastic Summer Reading Challenge
Click on this link to record your reading minutes all summer long.  Use the Username and password you were given before the end of school to log in and make sure to read at least 5 books this summer to prevent the summer slide!  When we return to school in the fall, a pizza lunch will be given to the classes at each grade level that log the most minutes this summer.

Summer Reading Programs!!
Rochester Public Library: The library has summer programs for everyone ages 2 - adult.  As the programs are posted, I'll share links on this page.  The programs have prizes you can win as you read books so read, read, read!!!

Summer Reading Incentives!!
Barnes and Noble Summer Reading: Students in grades 1-6 who read 8 books during the summer, can get a free book from Barnes and Noble!!  Click on the link below to download the brochure.

Sync Audiobooks Summer Reading: SYNC Audiobooks is giving away two paired audiobooks based on a theme each week this summer for students age 13 and older.   Titles change every Thursday at 7am.  To participate, the Overdrive app needs to be downloaded.  Click on the link below for more information.

Chuck E. Cheese Rewards: Chuck E. Cheese gives away free tokens for completion of one of their rewards calendars.  There are calendars for reading, cleaning, hygiene, etc.  Click on the link below to find the calendars.

Books a Million Summer Reading Adventure: Students who read 4 books from the Books a Million list of 75+ books can fill out a BAM reading journal, bring it in to a Books a Million store and get a free Maze Runner water bottle.  Books a Million has locations in North Conway, NH and Portland, ME so if you're traveling to these areas this summer, read some books from their list and get a free water bottle!  Click on the link below for the book list and the reading journal.
