Restaurant Management
Program Description
Students learn every aspect of managing a restaurant from the front of the house to the back of the house. Students take inventory, place orders through vendors, plan menus for functions while successfully running the OuR House Cafe.

Mrs. Victoria Garay
Experience: I have been teaching Restaurant Management since 2001 at the R.W. Creteau Technology Center. I am the advisor to the ProStart Culinary team. I enjoy preparing my students to compete at the state level in the Culinary Arts competition.
Education/Credentials: I graduated from UNH in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts. I am a ServSafe instructor/proctor through the National Restaurant Association. I am also certified in Youth Mental Health First AId.
Other Interests: I enjoy spending time with my family. We like to go snowshoeing, hiking, swimming, kayaking and other outdoor activities.

Experience: Deborah Wemouth has been with the Restaurant Management program since 2009. She spent many years as the dietary manager at the Child Development Center in Rochester. She was also the Food Service Director at the Carebridge Assisted Living facility in Jacksonville, NC.
Education/Credentials:
Associate's Degree from LaCordon Bleu in Dover, NH
Other Interests: She enjoys spending time with her family, as well as reading, hiking and gardening.
