Try outs- you are trying out for the Boys Eagle Program. Once teams are selected, you are expected to participate on that team. Quitting will result in losing next season’s sport.
Do your best at all times, on the field and in the classroom.
Respect others.
Emphasize sportsmanship. Swearing and inappropriate language, as well as flagrant play will not be tolerated.
Respect the fields. They are in great shape-keep them that way.
Be on time and make every meeting.
Be chemical free.
Get your forms and money in early. Physicals should be done this week. You have to bring in a card signed from your parents. You can call Dr Tan at Woodlands Family Clinic (6365-4770) to find a time to get a physical. Bring the physical form with you.
Soccer balls will be counted during and after practice. Please help in keeping track of soccer balls by chasing your own ball and making sure that we get it back. Remember, there is always another option to practicing if we don’t have any soccer balls! Only captains and coaches are allowed in the equipment room.
No athletic bags in the hallways or offices! Lockers and locks are available for non- PE players from the Athletic Office. Everyone can get a locker. There will be no compassion for lost or stolen items for bags left out.
On match days, be at the field ready to go 45 minutes prior to the game.
AP Biology/ Band concerts, etc. need to be communicated with your coach. We don’t know that you will miss, so you have to communicate with us.
MUN is not permitted at the same time as soccer. Choose one or the other.
No outside sports clubs are allowed during our season. You will have to get special permission from your soccer coach before you try to participate (for example, you do NOT go to Rugby training during our season).
Have proper equipment everyday.
