Student Expectations

• Be prepared and ready at the start of the class session

• Be respectful to all peers, teachers, and tools

• Other devices (phones, video games, etc) should be put away to focus on learning

• Participate in all activities

• Advocate for yourself 

• Actively participate in all discussions 

• Assignments will be graded using standards-based rubrics.  It is recommended to read the rubric BEFORE completing and turning in work. 

• Revise work to show mastery of content.  Revised assignments and late work within a TOPIC are due before the final assessment for that Topic. 

• Students may submit ONE revision for each assignment after reading all feedback. 

• Students who ignore feedback will not be able to resubmit. Feedback supports mastery.
