Hello East Salem Families:

We understand this is a difficult time for everyone. However, it is very important to keep your children active and healthy. The goal would be for your child to be active for a MINIMUM of at least 30 minutes a day. Listed below you will find fitness calendars for March and April that will help your child stay active and healthy during this time.
