Personal

In my personal life, I am an avid athlete and outdoors-person. I regularly mountain bike, hike, backpack, climb, swim, and ski. I exercise daily, practice yoga, play with my dogs, and grow vegetables and fruit in my backyard. I recognize that daily activities like these are critical to an individual's physical and mental health. My goal as a physical therapist is to help my patients remain active, independent and able to do the things they love.

I was born and raised in Newton, Massachusetts, completed my undergraduate and graduate studies at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, and the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, British Columbia, and currently live in Salt Lake City, Utah.
