SILENT READING - Every Friday please make sure your child brings to school a chapter book for Silent Reading. He/she may also bring in a SMALL stuffed animal (8inches or smaller) and a SMALL blanket (baby blanket size) or beach towel to sit on.
Practice math facts to 20 -Some students had questions about practicing the math facts. You can:
use flash cards, play addition/subtraction war, make 10 Go fish (both of these games were included in my Back to School Packet), just quiz your child when you are in the car, before bed etc.I hope this clears up some of the confusion.
