SCS 7th Grade Confirmation Retreat:
The Confirmation retreat will be held on Wednesday, March 29 from 4 - 6 PM in the Church. We ask that a parent, guardian or sponsor attend this retreat with each child. Attendance at this retreat is a requirement for Confirmation.
1. We ask that students and a parent/guardian/sponsor arrive at church to sign in by 3:50 PM and take their seat so that we can begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please do not arrive late.
All students are to sign in for attendance. If they do not sign in, I will assume that they did not attend the retreat and they will need to attend a make up session.
2. This event is a special time for your child. They are to sit with their parent/sponsor at all times unless otherwise instructed by the facilitator. Any students sitting with friends and not taking the retreat seriously will be seperated.
3. There is to be absolutely no food or beverages brought into church. All food/drinks must be left in the car or discarded before entering the church.
4. Parent/Guardian/Sponsor and student must plan to stay for the duration of the retreat. If they are unable to stay for the entirety of the retreat, a make up retreat will be scheduled.
5. As this event is a requirement for your child's Confirmation, we are asking that all attendees dress appropriately for the retreat.
6. Due to the importance of this event, we ask that you refrain from using the restroom in the church as this is a disruption to the facilitator and other participants. Please arrive earlier to use the restroom or use the restroom before coming.
Confirmation Community Service Logs:
Please have the student write their name and class on the log sheet
Log Sheets must be submitted by Wednesday (4/20). No log sheets will be collected after this date.
If any log sheets are submitted without a name, number of hours tallied at the bottom, and a parent signature then they will not be accepted

Confirmation Retreat - complete the Google form to sign up no later than March 5, 2022, if you have not done so already the link to the form is below,
Confirmation retreat will be held on March 16 OR March 23 for your convenience. The retreat will be held in St. Charles Church and will begin promptly at 6:30 PM and you should arrive by 6:15 to sign in. There is absolutely no food or drink permitted inside St. Charles Church.

If you are not coming back to the school building for the remaining school days you will need to make time to drop off your spelling book and calculator before 6/22/21.
When you come to drop off your spelling book and calculator you will be able to pick up your summer reading book "The Outsiders". If you do not drop off your spelling book and calculator you will not be able to pick up your summer reading book.
