Russia Band Members’ Detergent Pick-Up Day  

All band students that sold detergent fundraising items need to arrange pick up of their order on Thursday, May 18th at O'Reilly Machine and Tool Services at 560 E Main St, Russia, OH 45363 between 6-7pm. We apologize for the extremely short notice but the exact delivery date was just communicated to our Chair for this fundraiser.  With graduation parties and sporting events occurring over the weekend we are moving forward with a weekday evening pick-up. The Russia Music Boosters would like to encourage and would be VERY APPRECIATIVE of  families that may not be able to pick up their order at this time to arrange a trusted family member or friend to pick up the order in their absence.  Please remember that some of the items can be heavy.   We will help you load products into your vehicle, but some items will need to be removed and stored in a cooler place out of the sun; especially any Pod products.  After picking up your items please plan to make delivery to your customers in a timely fashion as many people have been calling the school to inquire about their order.

Also, parents and students alike,  if you are a stronger person that doesn't mind moving 5-gallon buckets around, the Music Boosters would greatly appreciate some help for an hour or so.  The order is delivered in wrapped pallets.  We must break down the pallets and organize the order by type and then organize each seller's order for pick up.
