Expectations

Whether students are with their class or working individually in the library, they must meet the following expectations:

o Treat each other and library materials with respect.

o Speak softly. Others need to use the library effectively.

o Students need to be accompanied by a staff member or have a pass to use the library.

o Individuals on a pass should sign in and not join or disrupt other classes.

o No gum, food or drink is allowed.

o Leave the library as you found it: chairs pushed in, papers picked up and books in return box.

o Follow instructions given by any staff members or RUSD volunteers.

o No LOUD streaming of music on MP3 players or cell phones.

Inability to meet these expectations, disruption or vandalism in the library will result in a loss of privileges.
