Documents for Participation

Marquette uses Privit, a web-based service that allows digital access to emergency info, as well as simplifies paperwork from year to year, sport to sport.  All physicals for the 2024-25 season must have been completed after June 1st of 2023 Please access Privit at:   marquettemustangs-mo.e-ppe.com    Instructions are also located in a PDF below.

NEW ATHLETES:  Simply register a profile on Privit if you are an incoming freshman or a new athlete, then follow the step-by-step instructions on the site.  Paperwork for Physicals, as well as our Expectations/Transportation forms are below. 

RETURNING ATHLETES: If you're a returning athlete (of any sport),  access your existing profile, archive your old physical, upload a new physical, select Swimming and Diving, and click on all boxes verifying emergency info.
