College Recommendations

Please fill out the form completely to request a recommendation. I will not write a recommendation without the form. The form was designed using the feedback from a panel of Admissions Officers from UT, Tech, A&M, and Southwestern University. In general, if I cannot say more about you than "was a good student" I am not a good person to ask for a recommendation. Colleges use these letters to get more insight to a student beyond just classroom performance based on grades. Consider asking those who can provide the most insight to you as a student and well rounded person.
