Meet Our Coaches...
Kris brings over 30 years of experience, including 18 years as a teacher in various public schools, 2 years as an instructional coach and 10 years in administration as assistant principal and principal.Through her extensive experience with school teams and districts, Kris empowers educators and leaders by fostering collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and strategic partnerships. Kris holds a Master of Educational Leadership and Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor of Science in Education. She believes in continuous learning by engaging in training and workshops such as Cognitive Coaching, Professional Learning Communities, and Jim Knight Coaching.
With over 40 years of experience in education and mental health, Darlene has dedicated her career to supporting the growth and well-being of young people. She has served as a teacher and counselor at both the elementary and secondary levels, as well as a counselor, advisor, and administrator at the college and university level. Beyond the field of education, she has worked in both public and private mental health organizations as a therapist, specializing in trauma-focused therapy for youth up to age 18. She holds a Master’s degree in Education with a focus on Educational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Education in Elementary Education. She is a certified teacher and school counselor, as well as a certified Youth Mental Health First Aid Trainer and Stewards of Children Trainer. Her passion is equipping adults with the knowledge and resources needed to support youth—particularly those impacted by trauma—so they can thrive in school and transition successfully into adulthood.
