COLLEGE Admissions Testing

Colleges that require testing accept either the SAT or ACT. It's important that if you take the ACT, to check if your colleges require the writing section.

Testing Updates: Please check the College Board and ACT website for updates about the next available test date etc.

Please note that with all the cancellations, many colleges have decided to go Test Optional indefinitely or temporarily for the Class of 2022. Please double check your each college's admissions website that you plan to apply to for their requirements.

Colleges that accept Self-Reported Test scores - Some colleges allow students to self report their test scores vs. sending an official copy from the testing agency. Test Optional Colleges - These colleges do not require SAT/ACT scores. Some have alternative requirements, such as a graded, analytical paper.
