Certificate in Catering Science & Hotel Management-6 months

This course is designed and dedicated to provide highest level of hospitality skills development training through high level of class programs theoretically or practically to an individual to become competent as hotel professional in accordance with Industry standards. This course is also designed in two dimensional focuses of ‘Technical Knowledge and ‘Hands on Experience’ leads to professional Excellency and positive attitude.

The course duration is for six months including one month industrial Exposure Training (IET) in some of the star category hotels within Bhutan. The course aim at developing skills, knowledge and attitude required for operations in front office, Food and Beverage operations and Accommodation operations in Hospitality and Tourism Sector.
