About Ms. Mack

Dear Families,

I hope you have had a restful and relaxing summer and are anxiously awaiting the beginning of your 4th grade year.  I am looking forward to an eventful and productive year with you!

This is my nineteenth year teaching at Union Ridge, I am a tater tot to the core :).  I will be starting my thirteenth year in 4th grade and I LOVE IT! Prior to teaching fourth grade, I taught six years of sixth grade and one year of a split 5/6 classroom.

Let me share a little more about myself, I have a 2020 RHS graduated son, Justino and a RHS sophomore daughter, Nadia.  We live in Vancouver, but have made Ridgefield very much our second home. Some of my favorite pastimes are cooking and baking, and playing outdoors.  I grew up speaking German at home, due to my parents immigrating from Germany and love learning about different cultures.  Hiking is one of my favorite pastime activities and this summer I was able to enjoy the outdoors a lot!
