Directions: Go to the Profile tab of the Employee Management System page and scroll to the bottom. A tab (Professional Contracts) should be near the bottom left of the screen. Employees can view and print a copy of their signed contract. Click the print icon to open a printable view of the contract. Page Two (2) of the contract shows the contract type.
How do I register?
The registration link is located under the dropdown menu entitled "New to Two Conference." From there, click on "Conference Registration," and you will be taken to a registration form.
What if I am not able to attend the conference? What should I do?
Attending New to Two is an expectation for all new employees. Contact your principal or direct supervisor to discuss your situation if you have a conflict. Conference planners cannot excuse you from the conference.
When is my first paycheck?
You will receive your first paycheck on August 15. Note that the 1st check will most probably be a "live" check.
When will I get my Richland Two e-mail account?
Complete and electronically sign the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) given to you in your onboard package from Human Resources. This is a very important step in your hiring process.
Once your AUP has been processed, you will receive your username and password for Richland Two district applications. District devices (laptops, Chromebooks, iPads) are not issued until an AUP has been processed.
For questions about your AUP, contact Humanresources@richland2.org
When will I get my device?
Once your AUP has been electronically signed, the district office will process the form. After processing has been completed, you may contact your school to check out a device. Bring your device with you to the New to Two Conference.
Where can I get my device?
Contact your school to pick up your device.
Do I need to bring anything to the New to Two Conference?
You will need your device. Make sure that you have signed the electronic AUP given to you in your onboard package from Human Resources. Once you have done that, you will receive your user name and password for Richland Two applications. Only then can you go to your school to check out a device.
