Experimental batches of beans will be roasted. Extensive records will be kept to create and re-createe several delicious flavor profiles and variations that are of interest to our friends and family.
We will experiment with a growing range of varietal/regional coffee beans, various blends of beans as well as varying roasting approaches.
This is where we will publish our coffee findings. We have embarked upon a semi-private project in which a couple of people are examining small-lots of green coffee beans from around the world.
Our coffee lab is located 17 feet below grade in an underground facility that was once a commercial wine storage bunker.
