General Policies
Late Work Policy:
If an assignment is turned in late, it is an automatic five (5) points off for every day it is late. If there is an excused absence, the assignment is due on the next class when the student returns from his/her absence.
A few general notes about homework:
-All classes have Google Classrooms where written assignments are posted and students turn in the assignment there. Please speak with your student if you would like to view the Google Classroom site to see specific assignments.
-Most Exploratory Music work is completed in class and homework is not given every night.
-Band students should practice for two hours each week. This should be spaced out to allow consistent progress throughout the week. For Band Lessons, students submit recordings of themselves playing and/or practicing their lesson examples.
-Chorus students should practice their music using the tracks on the "Chorus" page.
