I'll take your desired ski shape, draw it up in CAD, and create a fully manufacturing ready 3D CAD model!  I 'll  deliver a technical data package (TDP) that includes: 

3D Artifacts (step files):

The Ski shape (simple, flat model of the ski base)

Base without edges (drag knife ready)

Ski Core  (custom thickness and width)

Camber (mold slice) 

2D Artifacts

Ski Design Drawing (detailing ski shape, thickness profile, camber, and derived specifications like turning radius and effective edge length) 

Graphics Template (simple pdf of the top view of the skis. Helpful for graphic design or manufacturing parts without a CNC)
