My name is Steve Chappell, I am an Instructional Technology Facilitator for Rutherford County Schools assigned to the Rutherford Opportunity Center (ROC). I have been a facilitator working with teachers in staff development and technology integration for since 2004! I really enjoy working with Teachers to help them make their lessons more engaging, relevant and FUN!

I earned my B.S. degree from NC State University, and my M.A. in Instructional Technology from Appalachian State

University.
