Blume Underground is a woman owned business, as well as a DBE contractor.

Blume Underground Inc. offers an expertise that is first rate, in emergency response, open trench method, transmission and distribution. We take a lot of pride in our boring expertise, with over 20 years of experience in auger jack and bore operations as well as in horizontal directional boring.

Blume Underground Inc. can also provide consulting for bore jobs in the planning stages to bring job costs down; saving on asphalt, concrete, backfill materials and of course time. We also consult on soil conditions to verify if it would be conducive to bore or open cut projects.

Blume Underground Inc. has the experience in the safety aspect of working hand in hand with power companies, on outages, hot cables, manholes, transformers, etc. without any accidents. We have had the experience of working in busy metropolitan areas, with existing utilities. Our company policy is to pothole everything top to bottom, then record depths prior to digging or boring. We have a safety program as well as a quality assurance program to ensure the safety of our staff as well as the quality of our work. Our record is outstanding over the years and we take pride in our work. Safety is our 1# priority on all job sites; we are currently a provider for APS.
