The Elementary School Counseling program is proactive in its focus and is based upon the developmental stages of the students. The program builds on a foundation for learning in the following areas as set forth by the American School Counseling Association curriculum.

Comprehensive developmental school counseling programs provide education, prevention and intervention services, which are integrated into all aspects of children's lives. Early intervention and identification of needs are essential in building a foundation for future success.
