If you are using mfusion orchestrator to configure this section, please make sure the device is properly onboarded.

Go to "ORCHESTRATOR > Configuration > Gateway Devices" (or if you are configuring branch device, go to "ORCHESTRATOR > Configuration > Branch Devices").

Click on the target device ID (MAC address), to go into device configuration mode.
