Nabla Clip

We have successfully developed the France railway fastening type-Nabla Fastening System with the clip made from srping steel. The hardness is HRC51-55. Toe load reaches 2500daN. Variation of height is only 0.45mm and 0.55mm after two tests and three tests. Different surface finish such as color painting,zinc plating and black dioxide are available. 

The Nabla fastening system consists the following items:

Nabla blade: The Nabla blade is made up of alloy spring steel according to NF F50-015 standard

Insulator: This insulator is specially designed for the Nabla blade, we also call it support pad
