Transfer PVLearners Account

Google now provides a tool to export/duplicate your pvlearners account to a private gmail account.

Step 1: Simply click on the icon of your pvlearners account (in the upper right of your screen) and choose Manage your account (first image).

Step 2: Choose Transfer your content and follow the directions provided (second image).

Step 3: After you have set up your new account and completed the transfer process, if you would like to have any new mail that comes into your pvlearners account forwarded to your new gmail account, simply create a forwarding rule in your pvlearners account to forward mail to your new gmail account. Any mail coming into the pvlearners account will be forwarded until the pvlearners account is deleted.

Step 4: After the transfer process is complete (it could take several days), go to your new account and verify that important docs are there. While the transfer process is a huge improvement over the manual process of SHARING a doc to the new account and then making a COPY of that doc in the new account (so that the new account is the owner), it isn't perfect. Responsibility relies on you to make sure you have transferred what you intended and want.
