The Centennial Hall of Fame recognizes alumni of Centennial High School for their post-high school achievements and accomplishments. Please follow the instructions to submit your nomination for the Centennial Hall of Fame.
Every year the Centennial Hall of Fame Committee also recognizes one individual for the "Brian Macartney Service to Centennial" honor. Nominees for this honor are not required to be alumni, but they must have shown outstanding service and dedication to Centennial as a teacher, coach, volunteer, etc. Please follow the instructions to submit your nomination.
Hall of Fame and Service recognition is given yearly at a school assembly as well as the annual Hall of Fame Banquet.

You can drop the completed form and required information off at the school, Mon-Thu, between 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Nominators will be notified in July of the status of their nominee.
