This Term we are doing Gymnastics for Kiwi Sport.

We are learning how to place our body in different shapes as part of our warm up.

The shapes are called the: Diamond, Tuck, L-Shape, Pike, Straddle, Front and Back Support. We also learnt how to make a backwards bridge, balance on a tricky board, do roly-polys and best of all jumping on the mini tramp! Keep watching this page to see what else we learn each week!
