Dr G RAJESHKUMAR

Dr. G Rajeshkumar obtained his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology, Coimbatore in 2010 and his Master of Engineering at Kongu Engineering College in 2012 with a Gold Medal. He received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai in 2017. He is at PSG iTECH since 2017 and is presently a Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering. He is presently carrying out research in Polymer and Metal Matrix Composites, Development of Bio-films, Tribology and Vibrations. He has published about 78 peer reviewed International Journal papers, 22 Book chapters, more than 50 International and National conference proceedings and a text book. He has also served as an editor for 03 books which were published by Springer Nature, Singapore. Under his guidance, one research scholar has successfully completed the Ph.D. degree, and three more scholars are currently pursuing their doctoral research. He is featured in the list of Top 2% Scientists in the world published by Stanford University - USA and Elsevier, based on the single year citation impact 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, & 2024. He and his research team received William Bonfield best review paper award (5000 USD) from Journal of Materials Science, Springer for the year 2022.
