Students will be asked to brainstorm and reflect upon the impact of technology on the loss of land of Native Americans over the past 200 years. Students will discuss possible forms of technology that have played a role in diminished land, share their thinking with a partner, and post their ideas on Padlet. Students will then view maps of the Native Americans' land as it diminished over the years. Students will be asked to research causes of the lost land and what could be done to preserve the land and culture the Native Americans have left today.
