1- Online PSD Forms for high school athletics registration. Please fill out all high school forms EXCEPT overnight field trip permission- Link Below
2 - Pay Athletic Fee (Everyone/if free and reduced please let the office know as they will waive or lessen the fee)- Link Below
Once you have all forms completed please see Carrie Hintzman in the athletics office to get your orange card and bring that to your coach!
