The beloved Driscoll tradition continues!
Help build excitement around reading, raise money for the Library, support teachers' classroom libraries, and support Driscoll Loves Books, an initiative that helps all kids get books.
Volunteers are essential to make the Book Fair a success! Tasks include: setting up, assisting shoppers, helping younger students fill out their wishlists, restocking, running cash registers, and breaking down. The Book Fair will be open before and after school, and you can even volunteer when your child's class visits the library (see schedule below).
To volunteer, you must:
Sign up via the Volunteer Sign Up Genius - coming soon!
Print out and complete this CORI form.
Scan the completed CORI form and a copy of your driver's license to melissa_holway@psbma.org. Be certain to fill out everything above the "Identification Type" section, including your child's name.
Open before & after school every day! Families should enter the building through the 725 Washington Street doors.

Thursday open until 6:30pm

Students in grades 5-8 may browse, make wishlists, and purchase books during their class visits.

New this year: ApplePay, GooglePay, and SamsungPay accepted!
We will do our best to let volunteers know of any class visit schedule changes.
While the Book Fair is meant to encourage reading and raise funds for our library, we understand that this time of year comes with lots of expenses and that not every family is able to purchase books from the book fair. Driscoll Loves Books is an initiative supported by the PTO and the Driscoll Family Giving campaign. The goal is to provide every student who wants a book with a book from the Book Fair.
If you feel your family would benefit from Driscoll Loves Books, please contact your child's guidance counselor. (K-2 Carrie Hibbard, 3-5 Hannah Goldberg, 6-8 Jacquelyn Lavigne)
Thank you for supporting the 2024 book fair! Thanks to you, we reached our sales goal of $17,000, which means $4000 for the Driscoll Library!
