Homework Assignments

Please check your child's folder every night for important notices and homework. A homework packet will be sent home weekly for you and your child to practice skills that we are working on in class. This will help your child become successful throughout the school year. Please complete the homework for only that day and do not go ahead. If a problem arises at home where the homework could not be completed, please write me a note.
Please make sure you are reading to your child every night. This will not only develop reading skills for your child, but also a love for reading that he/she will look forward to.
Book-a-Night- Your child should be reading one book each night (M-F). Please make sure all books are returned to school every Monday so that new books can be placed in the baggies for the week.
25 Book Report- Every Friday your child will bring home their 25 Book Report folder with a worksheet to be completed over the weekend. Please have your child choose a book from their book baggie to complete a book report. Please log the book on the log page found inside the folder. Thank you!
