The Pinelands Regional School District Safety Committee is seeking your help in identifying and correcting safety concerns in the workplace.

Follow the link below to:

- describe the safety issue, and

- describe your practical solution to address the problem.

The safety concern could be a hazardous condition, general employee functions that put an individual at risk and/or any condition that poses a threat to the safety of employees and students.

                                                           Safety Award Program Suggestion Form

The Safety Committee will review the submitted suggestions at its monthly meeting to determine which would receive the monthly incentive award of a $25 Wawa gift card.  An employee may submit multiple suggestions.  The Safety Committee will consider the suggestion in terms of the nature of the problem and the practical ability to correct the situation.
