2026-2027 Early Learning Collaborative Application

We are so excited and looking forward to meeting our newest Blue Devils for the 2026–2027 school year!

To be entered into the 2026 lottery, this application must be completed no later than Monday, February 23, 2026. Emails or verbal requests cannot be accepted, so please feel free to share this application link with others who may be interested.

Completion of this application does not guarantee admission into the PRECE Early Learning Collaborative. All qualified applicants will be entered into a random drawing to fill the 20 available seats. Once those seats are filled, remaining students will be placed on a waiting list.

Parents and guardians will be notified of lottery results by February 27, 2026. The application will close on February 23, 2026.

Please note: This is the free, full-day preschool program located at PRC Elementary School, not the Little Devil Preschool at PRC High School.

Eligibility Requirements:
• Child must be fully potty-trained prior to entering preschool.
• Child must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2026.
• Students must attend five days a week for the full instructional day.
