Couponing doesn't have to be hard or time consuming. I spend less than an hour per week printing coupons and adding coupons to my Kroger card. I look at the Wednesday sale inserts and plan my meals for the week. If you stick to your list, you will not buy extra. Buy things like detergent, fabric softener, dish washing soap, toothpaste, shampoo, etc. when you have a coupon and they are also on sale. This will save you a lot of money and you can stock pile these items. They don't expire for years. When you run out you have a stash to go to, it doesn't have to be big like the extreme couponers have. Allocate one cabinet in your laundry room, bathroom, somewhere in your house to stock pile things you use. Don't buy things you won't use or don't need just because you have a coupon.

You can also break up your products by store and find all coupons available in the app in each store. You can also email your grocery lists or sync them with other devices, in case you don’t bring your phone or want to send it to your husband to do for you.

Electronic Coupons
For electronic coupons you need to shop at a grocery store chain that has a card savings program (ex: Kroger, Alberstons, ). You will also need to create an account to create a username and password and link your savings card number to your account.
When you shop, your coupons automatically are deducted from your receipt when you scan your savings card and you buy the items you have loaded coupons for.

Watch for sales
Do not scan your Kroger card until after the cashier has scanned your paper coupons. Then put in your Kroger card, if you had paper coupon for items and electronic coupons it will add both in.
