The Postville School Counseling Department operates under the belief that:

   The students at Postville Community School District are well prepared to meet the challenges and high expectations of the 21st century. All students participate in a rigorous, student-centered learning environment so each student can reach his or her fullest potential supported by the school counseling program. The school counseling program builds a bridge and strengthens partnerships between the school, family, and community. As successful, productive citizens, our students make a positive difference in our school and community.
