                                      A bit more about myself

I was born in Marion, Ohio and moved to Boca Raton, Florida in 1978 when my dad retired. I graduated from Boca Raton High School in 1981. I was very active in sports playing football, basketball, and baseball. I continued my education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I graduated in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. I went on to get my teaching credentials from Florida Atlantic University. My family moved to Columbus in 2004. I have been married for thirty five years to my beautiful wife Cathy, we have three children, a son-in-law, 2 daughter-in-laws, three grand daughters, and two grandsons. Science is one of my passions and I hope to share that with my students. I  finished my Masters Degree in Middle Grades Education at Gardner Web Universityin 2014. Below is my family.
