Department of Testing, Research and Evaluation Principal Portal

The Maryland State Board of Education (SBOE) is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.  At that time the Maryland Report Card Ratings (Star Reports) for 2024-2025 will be presented to the SBOE.  The results will become public around 12 noon.

Each school's star ratings for 2024-2025 are now posted in each individual school folder and within that folder in each ESSA MD Report Card 2025 folder.  These results are embargoed and may NOT be shared with the public until after official release on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

MCAP 2025 Score Results for ELA, Math, Science (MISA) and Social Studies are loaded into the DTRE Principal Portal in the individual school folders (MCAP 2025, MISA 2025, MCAP Social Studies Grade 8, Cognia LS-MISA and Cognia Government).

ADAM Reports from Pearson include:  

• Demographic Summary Reports by grade and content

• Roster Reports by grade and content

• Evidence Statements by grade and content

A MCAP ELA and Math Feeder Report is posted in each school's MCAP 2025 folder.
