Hello! My name is Shannon Grable, and I am the Career

Development Coordinator for PECHS. I earned a BA in English from UNCW and then earned my MS in Counseling Education from NC A & T State University. I earned a certificate as a Career Development Coordinator in 2014. My role at PECHS is to work with students on career exploration and in preparing students for college upon their graduation from high school.

Additionally, it is my role to assist students in earning their 150 (minimum) service learning or volunteer service hours, their 36 hour internship (including job shadowing) and their camps/educational seminar opportunities (minimum of four).

On a personal note, I have two young boys and an awesome fiancé! I enjoy reading (my favorite book is To Kill A Mockingbird), running, traveling, spending time with my boys and DINOSAURS!
