Parking is available at the PARADISE ARENA ONLY. Please do not park on McNamara drive or In the Town Hall parking lot.
We have a spectator friendly transition area, where you can watch the athletes' comings and goings.
For our younger children we do provide a children's play area.
Emergency Medical Plan
In the case of a medical emergency the phrase "No Duff, No Duff, No Duff" will be called out on the race radio/cell phones, in which all race technical officials, directors, the ROVERS search and rescue, St. John's Ambulance responders, as well as key volunteers will be instructed to halt all race operations. The person who initiates the "No Duff" call will contact 911 for an appropriate emergency response.
Notes
1. To ensure an accurate finishing time, race numbers must be visible on the front of the athlete during the run.
2. You may need footwear for the run from swim to transition.
Medals and Prizes
Podium medals will be awarded to the top males, females, and teams. Clydesdale and Athena awards will be be given out to the top three males and females who meet the criteria and self register as Clydesdale or Athena during registration. All participants will receive a finishers medal. All awards will be given out at the race reception following the race.
