The 2018 Paradise Triathlon will take place in and around Octagon Pond on Topsail Road in the Town of Paradise, Newfoundland. 
Family and Friends:
We have a spectator friendly transition area, where you can watch the athletes' comings and goings and finish of course.
For our younger children we do provide a children's play area.
Parking is available at the PARADISE ARENA ONLY.  Please do not park on McNamara drive or In the Town Hall parking lot
Race kit pick-up:
Body Quest, Paradise, 11:00am - 1:00 pm
Wellness Room Pasta Dinner 5:00pm
Emergency Medical Plan:
In the case of a medical emergency the phrase "No Duff, No Duff, No Duff" will be called out on the race radio, in which all race directors, the ROVERS search and rescue, as well as key volunteers will be instructed to halt all race operations. The person who initiates the "No Duff" call will contact 911 for an appropriate emergency response.


1. To ensure an accurate finishing time, race numbers must be visible on the front of the athlete.

2. You will need footwear for the run from swim to transition.

Medals and Prizes:

Podium medals and prize money will be awarded to the top males, females, and teams. Age group awards will consist of a 1hr Massage from Body Quest, a tube of Biofreeze, and a Theraband for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place respectively. Clydesdale and Athena awards will be be given out to the top three males and females who meet the criteria and self select as Clydesdale or Athena during registration. All participants will receive a 10th anniversary finishers medal. All awards will be given out at the race reception following the race.

Podium medals will also be awarded to the top three males and top three females in the Canada Games Super Sprint event. 

 Draw Prizes:

Several exciting draw prizes from Body Quest will be drawn for at the race reception.

Paradise park Bandstand OR Paradise Community Center, following the race.
It is the race organizers intentions to release unofficial finish times and placings on race site as soon as they become available to us. Detailed official race results will be released as soon as possible by the official race timer.
