To Create an IRB Manager account:

1. Go to the IRB Manager homepage: https://paloaltou.my.irbmanager.com/

2. Select “Click here to register an account” or directly at https://paloaltou.my.irbmanager.com/public/register/

3. Provide your email address & select “Next”

4. Provide your registration information & select “Register”: [Please be sure to enter all of the following]

a. Organization (e.g., Palo Alto University, Stanford University)

b. Prefix (e.g., Mr., Ms., Mx., Dr.)

c. First & Last Name

d. Highest degree earned [M.A., M.S., Ph.D., Psy.D., M.D., J.D. - not the degree you are working on but what you already have completed]

e. Phone number

f. Address (please use your business address - for most people this will be 1791 Arastradero Rd).

5. Check your email and follow the instructions for the next steps

a. Click the link
